Has anyone published a step-by-step guide for configuring PcP2 with the following requirements?

• Single server;
• Bound to AD;
• Wikis/Blogs enabled for AD users;
• Open Directory used to manage groups;
• OD Groups populated with AD users;

 Seems like this would be a common scenario. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
