Biography:
My name is Helge Staedtler, male, born 1973 in Germany/Europe. I studied computer science and business administration at the Universitaet of Goettingen. Scientifically researching communication via virtual proxemics at the Universitaet of Bremen until April 2008, I am now dealing with new ideas for the future of the "web of things" and non-invasive communication solutions at the Institute Technology and Education which belongs to Universitaet Bremen. I am collecting cyberspace experience since I owned my first Amiga 500 computer. One of my more popular creations/implementations is the e-learning solution EverLearn. I am “trailblazing” new humane perspectives, ideas and solutions of technology-use via my blog “Thetawelle” (engl. Thetawave). I graduated in April 2002 in Business Administration and Computer Science at the Universitaet of Goettingen, Germany. From June 2002 until February 2005 I developed and successfully introduced a solution for e-learning called “EverLearn” to the Virtual University of Bavaria (VHB). From May 2005 to April 2008 I was working as a Research Assistant in the field of Educational Research & Mathematics/Computer Science at the Universitaet of Bremen, Germany. In October 2008 I earned a doctorate degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from the Universitaet of Bremen.
