    It could be the specific download had an encoding issue, or it is a network latency issue.
    If you have more info perhaps we can direct the question to someone who could get a better answer for you.

    I'm looking to upgrade sooner or later to the 4S as well ... my well worn 3G has been caseless for most of it's existence as I found a wallet with a slot for the iPhone (I've tested it on the 4s and they fit nicely as well.
    You can't use the iPhone when it is in the wallet but I don't think I would want to anyway. It doesn't take up much room and is the same size as my old wallet.
