Biography:
Since 1989, I've been working for the Academic Computation and Communications Center of The University of Illinois at Chicago, or UIC. Although I wasn't originally hired to be an Apple/Mac expert, it quickly became known to my superiors that Macs were my special area of expertise, and so now I serve as a one of two ultimate Mac authority on campus. I especially love creating custom solutions for both Mac OS X and the iPhone.
In 2006, I became deeply involved in the really cool world of iTunes U not long after I created a tool designed to help me with the administration of UIC's iTunes U site. That tool, or rather that set of tools, is called Woolamaloo.
